Star Wars: Imperial Assault – Return to Hoth is an expansion for 2–5 players with an approximately 120-minute play time. It brings a new full-length campaign and substantial new content to both campaign and skirmish games.

The Rebels’ base on Hoth has been discovered, and Imperial walkers are descending as the last transports flee. In the aftermath of the Battle of Hoth, a few Rebel heroes step forward to protect a colony of refugees, beginning a story that eventually leads them back to the icy world from which they escaped.

The new campaign gives Rebel heroes a fresh story to follow after the Battle of Hoth. Across its scenarios, Return to Hoth expands the world of Imperial Assault with a new setting and a dramatic continuation of the Rebellion’s struggle.

Skirmish players also receive new ways to play, including rules for four-player skirmish games. These rules support massive, multi-fronted battles, adding a larger scale to confrontations between the forces of the Rebellion and the Empire.
