Stuffed Fables: Oh, Brother! is a 2021 expansion for 2–4 players, with adventures designed to last around 90 minutes. Years after the original story, a new baby brother joins the family—and brings two toy companions of his own.

Pokey the Unicorn and Manny the Action Figure must protect their sweet little boy from the forces of the Fall. To survive the dangers beneath the bed, they learn the ropes from the beloved original cast while confronting a new slate of supernatural monsters.

This expansion adds a new storybook filled with fresh challenges, enemies, and fables. Each adventure is supported by new tokens, sleep cards, and a dedicated discovery deck that guides the story as it unfolds.

Pokey brings a distinctive approach to the team: she does not equip weapon items and instead uses her Puffy Horn to fend off enemies. Manny is made from strong plastic rather than the stuffing used by typical stuffies, so certain status conditions affect him differently.

Stuffed Fables: Oh, Brother! continues the bedtime adventure with a new generation of toys, a new child to protect, and plenty of strange dangers waiting in the dark. The Stuffed Fables base game is required to play this expansion.
