Teen Titans GO! Mayhem is a team-based combat game for 2–4 players, released in 2023, where rival Titans fight, complete missions, and race to collect 5 victory points.

At the heart of the game is the Mayhem System, which focuses on character-versus-character battles. The most direct route to victory is knocking out opposing characters. Titans use items and powers to attack the enemy team, while the mayhem die determines how much damage battles deal each round.

Every Titan has a power that directly targets opponents. These powers can take the form of an attack or fire tokens. Fire tokens deal damage equal to the mayhem die, just like a regular attack, but their damage is resolved at the beginning of each round.

• Adapt to changing damage values from the mayhem die.
• Complete missions from the special GO! deck for additional victory points.

When a character is KOed, that character is removed from the board and the opposing player or team gains victory points. The KOed character returns to play in the next round, keeping the battle moving while giving opponents a clear reason to press their advantage.

Combat is not the only path to victory. When the Titans are not fighting, players can use teamwork to complete missions from the special GO! deck for a chance to gain more VP. With direct attacks, changing damage, fiery effects, and mission objectives, Teen Titans GO! Mayhem combines chaotic team battles with tactical opportunities to score.
