The Expanse Board Game is a card-driven game for 2–4 players, with an approximately 60-minute playing time. Based on the Syfy television series, it focuses on politics, conquest, and intrigue in a shorter experience inspired by the style of Twilight Struggle.

Players represent powerful forces competing across the solar system. Using action points and events, they move and place fleets and influence, working to increase their control over the setting. The game features key images from the television series alongside characters and events from The Expanse universe.
