The Hunters A.D. 2114: Shiptown

About this expansion

The Hunters A.D. 2114: Shiptown is a 2021 board game expansion for 1–4 players, presenting a mystery aboard the wreck of an old tanker. As the second expansion for The Hunters A.D. 2114, it adds a new setting defined by unanswered questions and an atmosphere of discovery.

What secrets are hidden inside the wreck? What might be waiting in the darkness of holds and cabins that have remained sealed for decades? These questions form the heart of Shiptown’s premise, inviting players to consider what could lie beyond each closed-off space.

The expansion’s focus is firmly on the tanker and its concealed history. Its title evokes a location filled with abandoned areas, while the publisher’s description emphasizes the contrast between the wreck’s age and the mysteries that remain inside it.

Shiptown can accommodate one to four players, making it suitable for solo play or a larger group. The available information identifies it as an expansion rather than a standalone entry, so it is presented as part of the wider The Hunters A.D. 2114 series.

For players drawn to atmospheric questions, sealed rooms, and the unknown contents of a forgotten wreck, Shiptown offers a concise premise built around exploration and suspense. It is a 2021 addition for anyone interested in uncovering what may be hidden inside the old tanker’s holds and cabins.
