The Librarians: Adventure Card Game is a cooperative, scenario-based card game for 1–4 players, with sessions lasting about 120 minutes. Based on the hit television series and movies, it invites players to become Librarians or their allies and defend the innocent from those who would misuse magic.

Answering an invitation to interview at the Metropolitan Public Library opens the door to a world where fairies, gargoyles, old myths, and legends are real. The Librarians belong to an ancient fellowship devoted to preserving knowledge, unraveling magical mysteries, battling conspiracies, and saving the world—twice before Friday.

Each character offers a distinct playstyle, with individual strengths, weaknesses, and a deck representing the knowledge, skills, and capabilities needed to survive. Deck customization lets you shape how your character contributes to the team, while thoughtful decisions determine whether you draw cards, gather resources, thwart enemies, or advance your own goals.

The base set includes Colonel Eve Baird, the Guardian and Team Leader; Cassandra Cillian, the Librarian doomed by her gift; Ezekiel Jones, the Librarian in it for the challenge; and Jacob Stone, the blue-collar art historian.
