The Lord of the Rings: The Card Game – Ered Mithrin Hero Expansion is a card game expansion for 1–4 players, with a play time of approximately 60 minutes. It adds eight heroes, along with player cards and customization options originally featured in The Wilds of Rhovanion and the Ered Mithrin cycle of content.

Since the defeat of the dragon Smaug, the city of Dale has grown into a prosperous trade hub. Its merchants are well-equipped for business, but a new enemy threatens the people of the region. To meet this danger, the merchants must join forces with the heroes of Wilderland.
