The Phantom League: Mostly Harmless is a 2011 expansion for 2–6 players with an approximately 120-minute play time. Designed for the 2010 game The Phantom League, it adds new content across nearly every deck while extending the original experience.

Dragon Dawn Productions presents Mostly Harmless as the first expansion for its space-lane adventure game. Its new cards are designed to create greater differentiation between the paths of fame and notoriety, giving the base game a broader range of possibilities.

The expansion includes new cards for a wide selection of decks, including:

• Docking
• Improvement
• Battle
• Captain
• Mission
• Ship
• Hyperspace

Alongside the new material, Mostly Harmless reprints the most “broken” cards from the original game. These reprints provide updated versions of notable cards while keeping them within the expansion’s larger collection of additions.

Also included is a new and improved English-language rulebook covering both the expansion and the base game. That makes this release a useful reference for players returning to The Phantom League, as well as for groups looking to experience the combined game with its expanded card pool and revised rules.
