The Pillars of the Earth: Expansion Set is an expansion for 2–6 players, with an approximately 120-minute play time, for the 2006 release The Pillars of the Earth.

This expansion brings new elements from the novel into the game. Players can put mercenaries for the crusades at the disposal of the king, send their building masters to Toledo, or take over the office of the tax collector.

The enclosed material also allows the game to be played with a fifth or sixth player. This makes the expansion a useful addition for groups that want to include more participants in their sessions.
