The Silver River: Deluxe Edition

About this board game

The Silver River: Deluxe Edition is a 4X board game for 1–5 players, with an expected play time of 120 minutes, set in our own galaxy, the Milky Way.

Known in some Eastern cultures as The Silver River, the game brings Humans and a range of alien races into the galaxy. These races include beings that some believe really exist in our own galaxy, creating a setting built around familiar celestial surroundings and mysterious inhabitants.

The Deluxe Edition includes the upgrades from the Kickstarter campaign, expanding the game with additional races and upgraded components. Two new playable alien races join the roster: the White Lions and the Cyborg.

• Humans, Greys, Arcturians, Reptilians, Yahyel, Nordics, Insectoids, and Martians
• Two additional playable races: the White Lions and the Cyborg
• 20 plastic spaceship miniatures, with four each of five different ships
• 20 upgraded plastic Trade Station miniatures
• Cubes, ships, tokens, and a map layout
• Additional player mats and a screen to add a fifth player

Designed for games ranging from a single player to a full five-player session, The Silver River: Deluxe Edition presents its 4X experience through a collection of alien factions, ships, Trade Stations, and map components. Its upgraded edition contents provide a broader selection of races and a more detailed physical presentation for exploring the Milky Way.

Released in 2020, this edition gathers the base game and its Kickstarter upgrades into one expanded version for players interested in a science-fiction 4X game set close to home.
