About this board game

The Specialists is a strategic heist game for 1–4 players, with games lasting about 75 minutes. Build a crew of talented specialists, gather equipment, and rob casinos, banks, and jewelry stores in cities around the world.

Each round begins with a crucial decision: choose just one die from the common pool and place it on your player board. Use dice to recruit specialists and activate their abilities, or fast-play a specialist directly from the display. You can also become an informant to claim the reward shown on the current Informant Card.

Your crew determines what you can accomplish. Specialists with matching skills can unlock powerful activations and unique abilities, while a more varied team gives you access to a wider range of heists. Dice, equipment, and specialist effects must be carefully managed, since every choice shapes the opportunities available in later rounds.

• Recruit and activate specialists using specific dice.
• Recover additional dice through bonuses and specialist abilities.
• Complete heists by meeting their required skills and equipment.
• Never rob twice in the same city.

The game ends when a player completes seven heists or when the 12th Informant Card is revealed. After the current round is completed, players compare their millions, and the richest gang wins.

With rival gangs competing for opportunities, The Specialists combines accessible rules with demanding strategic choices. The solo mode adds another challenge, as you must avoid discovery by Interpol while contending with rival gangs before the game ends.
