The Walking Dead: No Sanctuary is a cooperative board game for 1–4 players, with a play time of approximately 120 minutes, set in the world of the popular AMC television series.

Players take the roles of iconic survivors who must work together through desperate scenarios. The group may scavenge for supplies, fight off waves of the dead, or face dangerous conflicts with other living people. Survival depends on cooperation, even when individual interests are at odds.

A distinctive leadership mechanic places one survivor in charge at a time. The leader draws two event cards and chooses one to determine the group’s approach, but players cannot discuss the decision. If the group fails to follow that approach, the leader alone pays the price, and repeated bad decisions may force the leader to relinquish control.
