The Witcher: Old World – Adventure Pack is a 2023 expansion for 1–5 players with a listed play time of 150 minutes. It adds 200 adventure cards and special tokens to the game, creating new possibilities for stories, events, quests, interactions, decisions, and items.

This adventure-focused set is built to provide a huge amount of replayability. Across its cards, players encounter new narrative situations, meet characters they can interact with, make decisions, and acquire items. The content offers additional variety through both city and wild exploration.
