Tomb: Cryptmaster

About this board game

Tomb: Cryptmaster is a stand-alone dungeon adventure game for 2–6 players, with an approximately 120-minute play time. Each player recruits a unique party and races to clear more of the dungeon than their opponents.

As adventurers enter the Tomb, they face dangerous encounters while seeking loot and building their parties. The game can be played on its own or combined with the original Tomb, offering a larger pool of characters, cards, spells, items, prayers, and tactics.

• Two new boards, including a basic board for normal or player-versus-player action and an advanced board for experienced adventurers
• 80 new characters and 400 new cards
• A new Cryptmaster deck filled with surprises for opponents who enter a prepared crypt
• Henchmen that can be hired to other parties in exchange for a share of their loot
• Hideous Curses for tormenting rival parties

A revised and expanded rulebook introduces additional ways to play, including Overlords and player-versus-player action. These options add new ways for parties to interfere with one another while pursuing their own dungeon-clearing goals.

Tomb: Cryptmaster supports both normal exploration and more confrontational adventures. Choose the board and variation that suit your group, recruit your party, defeat the monsters, and claim their spoils before your rivals can clear more of the Tomb.
