Underwater Cities: Cooper & Flexible Friend Promo is a set of two personal assistant cards for Underwater Cities – New Discoveries, supporting 1–4 players with a listed play time of 180 minutes.

This 2020 promo introduces two distinct abilities. Cooper is a contract specialist dog who gives you a way to select a Government Contract from the discarded contracts. Flexible Friend changes how green cards interact with action slots, offering a more adaptable approach to card play.

• Cooper: Draw 3 of the discarded Government Contracts, choose 1, and put the other 2 back in the box.
• Flexible Friend: You can always play green cards as if they match the color of any chosen action slot.

After choosing a contract with Cooper, place it in your playing area. Only you can complete that contract, and you may do so at any time during your turn. Once the contract is completed, return it to the box.

Flexible Friend provides a straightforward rule exception: green cards may be played as though they match the color of any action slot you choose. This makes the assistant a focused addition for players looking for more freedom when matching cards to slots.
