About this board game

Vikings: Raid & Conquer is a strategic deck-building card game for 2–5 players, designed to recreate an ambitious Viking adventure in the course of about an hour.

Choose one of five main characters from the Vikings TV series: Ragnar, Lagertha, Rollo, Floki, or Bjorn. Set out on raids, attack other characters, collect treasure, and travel to newly discovered lands to raid and pillage.

The path to power is not always straightforward. Players may form shaky alliances, commit brutal betrayals, battle one another, or work together. When you are in command, however, you must also face the question of whether you are willing to share the plunder.

• Play as Ragnar, Lagertha, Rollo, Floki, or Bjorn.
• Build your deck while going on raids and attacking other characters.
• Collect Treasure cards and Raid cards to pursue Legend Points.
• Choose between rivalry, cooperation, alliances, and betrayal.

The game ends when a player has collected five Raid Cards. This does not immediately determine the winner. Instead, every character counts the total Legend Points shown on their Treasure cards and Raid cards.

The character with the most Legend Points becomes Viking king and wins Vikings: Raid & Conquer. This is Season 1, Episode 1 of your Viking adventure, and what happens next is up to you.
