About this board game

Voidfall is a strategic space 4X game for 1–4 players, with sessions lasting about 240 minutes. Lead a defiant Great House through a galaxy threatened by the Voidborn, an ancient entity whose corruption has spread across the Domineum.

Across three cycles, the galaxy changes through a major event, a new scoring condition, and a set number of focus cards. The heart of play lies in choosing and sequencing these cards: each one offers three impactful actions, but you select only two. Use them to develop technologies, advance along three house-specific civilization tracks, and manage the infrastructure, population, and production of your sectors.

• Expand your influence by conquering new sectors.
• Command up to five different types of space fleets.
• Prepare for deterministic battles against infected Voidborn forces or rival players.
• Customize your empire through varied Great Houses, each with distinct strengths and weaknesses.

Voidfall replaces dice-driven battles with a fully deterministic system, rewarding careful preparation and tactical outthinking. In solo and cooperative play, work to push back the Voidborn and prevent its full manifestation in your dimension. In competitive play, overcome rival Houses’ influence as you seek to restore the Domineum.

Multiple map setups and playable Houses create variety across game modes, while the same core rules support both cooperative and competitive experiences. With resource management, tight decisions, deep empire customization, and strong player interaction, Voidfall brings the tension of 4X strategy to tables that appreciate the precision of an economic Euro.
