About this expansion

Warhammer Quest: Blackstone Fortress – Ascension is a 2020 expansion for 1–5 players, with games lasting around 180 minutes. It sends explorers on a final quest into the shifting chambers of the Blackstone Fortress.

Continuing the events of Deadly Alliance, the Seethe is growing more powerful and now threatens Precipice itself. Ancient defence systems awaken as the fortress rebuilds its chambers, making navigation more hazardous than ever. To warn the galaxy about the rising threat, each survivor must confront their destiny.

Ascension introduces two new hostiles in the form of Guardian Drones, along with a new rolling road mechanic that changes how explorers investigate the Blackstone Fortress. Completing the quest unlocks bonus secret content, including a prize held in the included repository envelope.
