What’s Up is a fast card-flipping game for 2–4 players that takes about 20 minutes. Race to collect complete sets of birds in a single color before your opponents can do the same.

The game uses 30 double-sided cards arranged in a grid. Each card shows 1–3 birds in one of four colors: red, green, yellow, or purple. Its reverse shows either the same number of birds in another color or the same color with a different number, and every number-and-color combination appears five times in the deck.

On your turn, choose a card from the grid and flip it over. If the revealed birds can be added to your collection, take the card. If not, return it to the grid with the newly revealed side face up, giving everyone another piece of information to remember.

Building a set requires careful progression. For each color, you must collect the single bird first, followed by the pair, and then the triplet. This creates a simple but tense goal: identify the cards you need while tracking what other players have revealed and collected.
