About this board game

Windward Collector’s Edition is a skybound adventure for 1–6 players, with games lasting about 120 minutes. Set on the gaseous planet Celus, it includes the base game and the Treacherous Skies expansion in a KS-exclusive big box.

Take the role of a captain flying a ship through Celus’s skies. On your turn, move your ship, take actions, use supply cards, and battle other players as you pursue the most notoriety. Hunt Crestors, then trade their teeth and gas at the trading post to gain notoriety points; the player with the most points at the end wins.

Treacherous Skies adds a third level of elevation, scout boats for every player, world-building events, a pirate-style faction, contract mini-quests, and team play. Together, these additions create more ways to approach the race for victory while expanding the world above Celus.

Windward Collector’s Edition also includes Tournament Rules, 9 Crew tiles, and 16 Treasure Coin tokens. With its combination of movement, trading, hunting, conflict, and modular expansion content, it offers a substantial version of the Windward experience for groups of up to six.
