Wings of Glory: WW1 – Ace Cards Promo Pack is a historical expansion for two players, designed for games lasting about 30 minutes. It adds real World War I pilots and special Ace abilities to your Wings of Glory battles.

The WW1 Wings of Glory rules include guidance for using Ace skills. A pilot or another crew member may be an Ace, and each Ace can have one or more special abilities. These abilities can break the usual rules, giving the aircraft additional bonuses and capabilities.

The promo pack goes further by presenting seven famous WW1 personalities. Each pilot receives abilities based on historical documents describing their fighting skills, bringing a distinct historical identity to the cards used in your games.

Every Ace is represented by a card featuring the pilot’s photograph and the period of their career represented by the card’s abilities. The card also presents historical information, including the pilot’s number of recorded victories, along with their skills.

Individual skill cards explain each ability and show how it modifies the Wings of Glory rules. Examples include ignoring certain jamming results, gaining an aim bonus, or escaping risky maneuvers.
