Massive Darkness: Black Plague Crossover Set is a Kickstarter-exclusive expansion for 1–6 players that connects Massive Darkness with Zombicide: Black Plague through more than 50 crossover cards.

Use retail content from Zombicide: Black Plague in Massive Darkness, bringing familiar undead enemies into new roles as Mobs, Agents, Bosses, and Roaming Monsters. A Zombicide: Black Plague core box is required, while some content also requires expansion boxes.

• Walkers become a Mob with a Fatty as Boss.
• Runners become a Mob with the Abomination as Boss.
• The Black Plague Necromancer becomes an Agent.
• Wolfz from Wulfsburg become a Mob with the Wolfbomination as Boss.
• Deadeye Walkers become a Mob using separate sculpts for Minions and Boss.
• Retail Abominations add the Abominatroll, Ablobination, and Abominotaur as Roaming Monsters.

The set also includes 15 Hero Cards that bring selected Black Plague Survivors into Massive Darkness: six from the core box, four from Wulfsburg, and five from Hero Box-1. It focuses on Survivors that are easily available at retail rather than attempting to convert every Special Guest or Kickstarter-exclusive Survivor.

In the other direction, the crossover lets all Massive Darkness Heroes become Survivors in Zombicide: Black Plague. This includes six Heroes from the Massive Darkness core box, five unlocked Stretch Goal Survivors, and any additional characters revealed during the campaign.

Massive Darkness: Black Plague Crossover Set was not planned for retail release, making it a dedicated bridge between the two games for players with the necessary content.
