Fluxx Promo Cards

Fluxx Promo Cards is a collection of individual promotional cards for the Fluxx series, associated with games for 2–6 players and a 15-minute play time. The collection dates back to 1997 and includes cards released through conventions, holidays, retailer promotions, postcards, magazines, special events, and other limited distributions.

This is not a complete list of every Fluxx promo card. Instead, it brings together a broad range of cards connected to different Fluxx titles, including Zombie Fluxx, Nature Fluxx, Pirate Fluxx, Cthulhu Fluxx, Monty Python Fluxx, Batman Fluxx, Firefly Fluxx, Star Fluxx, and many others.

• Convention and event cards: The Robot, The Bakery, Jackpot!, Time Travel, Tarts, and Spiced Ham.
• Holiday promotions: Mrs. Claus, Fruitcake, Xmas Tree, Christmas/Xmas Tree, and Peace on Earth.
• Themed cards: Hastur the Unspeakable, Horrifying Sculpture, Android Doctor, Foam Brain, and The Alliance.
• Cards for broader use: Skullduggery, Start the Clock, Swap Plays for Draws, and several newer bonus or rule cards are noted as working with any Fluxx deck.

The list also records unusual variants and distribution details, such as the rarer “Night Forest” misprint of The Forest, Pandora’s Box with a wooden box, and Zombie Boss with a wooden box. Some entries were tied to specific years or occasions, including the first Fluxx promo card, The Television is Watching You, released at Origins 1997.

With cards ranging from The 100,000 Year Old Game from Mars and Nuclear War to Flowers, Live Cat Bonus, and Dized Bonus, Fluxx Promo Cards reflects the series’ long history of inventive promotional releases.
