Masters of the Universe: Battleground is a two-player skirmish miniature game with a 120-minute play time, pitting the forces of good against the forces of evil in epic combat across Eternia.

Players equip their characters with powerful weapons, spells, and equipment before creating a 20-card fate deck. During the battle, these cards activate characters on the battlefield, letting each player decide how to distribute their available actions. You can concentrate your cards on a mighty champion or spread them across your force.

Luck does not have to decide every outcome. Characters can spend mana to reroll stubborn dice, perform a focus action to improve their chances, and use the environment to their advantage. These options give players ways to influence the results of combat.

Victory points come from knocking out opposing characters, claiming objectives, and completing secret side missions. After the end of round four, the player with the most victory points wins.
