Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtle Power Card Game is a fast-playing game for 3–6 players that takes about 15 minutes. Players represent various TMNT heroes and compete through simultaneous hand-play before facing Krang in the game’s second half.

The game begins with a contest to transform five characters into heroes. Everyone plays at the same time, creating a lively real-time challenge based on reading the group and choosing the right number.

In the first episode, players chant “SU-PER-CAT” and hold out a hand showing 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 fingers. The player with the biggest unrepeated number transforms one of their characters into a Super Cat. In the TMNT version, this gameplay is presented through the world of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Once one player has transformed all five of their characters, the game moves into its second half. That player becomes the hero, while the other players work together as the opposing force controlling Krang.

• Episode 1: Compete simultaneously to transform five characters.
• Episode 2: The winning player attacks while the other players collectively control Krang.
• Real-time play: Every player acts together using their hands.

During the final clash, successful attacks damage Krang. When Krang counters, the hero’s transformed characters become normal characters again. The game ends when Krang is defeated or the hero no longer has transformed characters to fight with.

Released in 2019, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtle Power Card Game combines quick decisions, simultaneous action, and a dramatic shift from competition to team opposition.
