Dodelido Extreme

About this board game

Dodelido Extreme is a card game for 2–6 players with a 20-minute play time, released in 2020. Players place cards from their hands onto discard piles, then call out characteristics of what they see.

The core gameplay is similar to Dodelido, but Dodelido Extreme expands the table with up to four discard piles. This gives the card-playing and observation activity a broader format while keeping the central focus on placing a card and responding to the visible characteristics.

On a turn, a player places a card from their hand onto a discard pile. After placing it, the player calls out characteristics of what they see, making the visible cards and the changing discard piles central to the experience.

In addition to its main gameplay, Dodelido Extreme includes two additional games:

• Dodo
• Didelidi

These included games give the title more than one way to play while remaining connected to its card-based format. The result is a compact game collection built around cards, discard piles, and calling out what is visible.

With room for 2–6 players and a listed play time of 20 minutes, Dodelido Extreme is suited to groups looking for a short card game with a distinctive multi-pile structure.
