Girasoles

About this board game

Girasoles is a 2025 tile-placement game for 2–4 players, with each game lasting about 60 minutes.

An art gallery has commissioned players to create a work that captures the beauty of sunflowers. By integrating diverse colors and combining different elements, each player aims to compose a unique and stunning landscape on a personal board.

During a game of Girasoles, players take tiles from the Sunflower Field and place them on their own boards. The challenge is to arrange the various elements in the best possible way while building a personal sunflower field.

• Take tiles from the Sunflower Field.
• Place them on your personal board.
• Arrange colors and elements to create your landscape.
• Follow the essential orientation rule for double tiles.

The most important rule is that double tiles cannot be rotated. They must always be placed on the personal board in exactly the same orientation they had in the Sunflower Field, making each tile choice and placement part of the composition.

After four rounds of play, players compare their points. The player with the most points wins, completing the artistic task at the heart of Girasoles: painting a distinctive field of sunflowers through tile placement.
