Nova Roma is a board game for 1–4 players, with games lasting about 120 minutes. Set in 324 AD, it places you at the head of an ancient and noble Roman house charged with helping establish a magnificent new capital.

Emperor Constantine has chosen Byzantium, a city on the shores of the Bosphorus, as the site of his new capital. Renamed Nova Roma, the city must be built and organized through the efforts of the Emperor’s most trusted patricians. With his tireless support, this extraordinary undertaking will be completed in just six years.

To advance your family’s interests, deploy your family members and retainers to accomplish a range of important goals. Your household can contribute to the city’s growth while pursuing its own agenda and seeking to please the Emperor.
