Marvel United: Return of the Sinister Six is a 2021 expansion for 1–4 players, with a play time of 45 minutes. It features six villains from the Marvel universe and introduces a distinctive way to confront them all together.

Doctor Octopus, Electro, Kraven the Hunter, Mysterio, Sandman, and Vulture can each be faced as a normal villain. This gives players the opportunity to confront these formidable opponents individually, with every villain offering a separate challenge within the expansion.

For a larger-scale experience, the expansion also includes Sinister Six Mode. In this mode, all six villains are played together, creating a unique scenario centered on facing the complete Sinister Six at once.
