Kingdom Builder: Capitol is a 2011 promotional item for 2–4 players, designed for games lasting about 45 minutes. Released by Queen Games for Spiel 2011, it consists of two capitol building tiles and accompanying rules.

Capitols enter the game when the board section featuring the harbor or oracle is in play. Place a capitol building on one of the castles in that section, creating an additional positional focus for settlement building.

If both the harbor and oracle sections are included, you may use both capitol buildings. This gives the promotional item a flexible presence that depends on which board sections are part of the game.
