Star Trek: Catan – Federation Space

About this expansion

Star Trek: Catan – Federation Space is a 3–4-player map set with an approximately 150-minute play time, featuring two maps of the Known Galaxy for use with the Star Trek: Catan base game.

Inspired by the Explored Galaxy map seen in Captain Kirk’s quarters, this set lets players boldly explore Federation Space. Using pieces from the base game, players can settle famous worlds across the represented galaxy.

The Federation Space Map Set expands the setting with two full-color maps and additional scoring materials. Its included Almanac provides one page of rules alongside 20 pages describing planets and episodes, adding context to the worlds and locations featured in the maps.

• Two full-color maps depicting the Known Galaxy, Federation Space
• Four individual scoring tracks, one for each player
• Four sets of scoring markers, with two markers per player
• 18 Victory Point tokens offering new ways to score
• An Almanac with rules plus planet and episode descriptions

Designed for 3–4 players, the set offers a way to revisit the original mission of the Enterprise, Captain Kirk, and his crew through a board game focused on exploration, settlement, and scoring. Star Trek: Catan – Federation Space brings the famous worlds of Federation Space to the table while using the components of the Star Trek: Catan base game.
