Welcome To…: Outbreak Thematic Neighborhood is a thematic refill pack for the base game, supporting 1–100 players and taking about 25 minutes to play. Released in 2019, it adds a zombie-invasion setting to neighborhood building.

While developing your community, you must also protect the neighborhood from the approaching zombie horde. Build barricades and collect ammo to help fend off the invasion as you work toward survival.

This pack is more than a visual refresh or a set of decorative sheets. It introduces new ways to score, giving the neighborhood-building experience an additional thematic challenge.
