Android: Netrunner – Escalation is the third Data Pack in the Flashpoint Cycle, offering a 60-card addition for two players with games lasting about 45 minutes. Released in 2016, it examines New Angeles after the Twenty-Three Seconds incident, as unrest, surveillance, and uncertainty spread across the city.

The city has descended into chaos, with rioting, deaths, assassinations, and disappearances reshaping life in New Angeles. In an age dominated by the Network and constant surveillance, even staying off the grid is nearly impossible. Escalation brings this tense aftermath into focus through twenty different cards, with three copies of each card included.

Corps become more aggressive as they lock down their assets and hunt their rivals. Runners receive new decoders and fresh incentives to uncover and reveal the truth behind the Corps’ activities. Yet every intrusion carries serious danger, and hacking the Corps may demand that Runners endure devastating consequences.

With its focus on escalating tensions and the fractured state of New Angeles, Android: Netrunner – Escalation deepens the Flashpoint Cycle’s conflict. It presents a dangerous struggle in which uncovering the truth can be just as threatening as concealing it.
