Android: Netrunner – Blood and Water is a 2017 two-player card game set on Mars, where the Big Four pursue ambitious agendas and the Clans face a decisive choice.

Everyone knows that HB, Jinteki, NBN, and Weyland want control over Mars. Yet the barren, irradiated desert demands enormous terraforming expenses, raising a crucial question: what could be valuable enough to justify shipping supplies across the solar system and confronting the entrenched Clans?

On the Red Planet, the newest Agendas show that the corporations can take their goals much farther than they can on Earth. Away from national regulations and the constant attention of citizen journalists, the Big Four are free to pursue their most extreme ideas with impunity.

As corporate confidence grows, the Clans must choose their path. Will they band together to oppose the MCA, or will old feuds tear them apart? The corporations claim they can bring water to Mars, but the central question remains: whose blood will pay for it?

Blood and Water adds sixty new cards, revealing the corporations’ plans while giving the Clans and their netrunning allies an opportunity to stop them. The set includes:
