Android: Netrunner – Daedalus Complex is a 2017 Data Pack for two players, designed for games lasting about 45 minutes. As the first Data Pack in the Red Sand Cycle, it takes the cyberstruggle from Earth to Mars.

Terraforming is already well underway on the Red Planet, where millions of humans live alongside clones and bioroids. These communities are concentrated in cities and nodes protected by transplas domes, while the surrounding landscape remains difficult and dangerous.

Life on Mars demands ruggedness. Leaving the protected cities requires breathing assistance and protective gear, and the shared hardships of survival have made the clans the de facto authority. Although the Martian Colony Wars have ended, tensions remain high between the clans, the Martian Colonial Authority, and the corps.

Daedalus Complex explores how life on the Red Planet differs from life on Earth, using Mars as a frontier where hardship, authority, and ambition collide. The setting offers opportunities to pursue change or profit while navigating a society that is still only semi-lawful.
