The City of Kings: Ancient Allies Character Pack 2 is a character pack for 1–4 players, with games lasting around 180 minutes. Released in 2019, it introduces two playable characters and three new stories for The City of Kings.

Rapuil and Neoba Olembe are siblings and the first Tinkers to reach the City of Kings. Both characters feature advanced skills, making them suited to experienced players seeking distinctive ways to play.

Alongside the normal twelve skills, each character has a special skill that unlocks as soon as you receive your first stat disc. This gives both Tinkers an additional ability from an early point in their character development.
