Colt Express: Bandits – Ghost is a 2018 expansion for 2–5 players, with games lasting about 60 minutes. It sets the players against Ghost, a bandit controlled by the game itself, while they compete to become the richest bandit.

This expansion creates a specific challenge around a valuable suitcase. Ghost has always dreamed of getting it, and his movement continually brings him closer to this special objective. The players must work together against Ghost, even though only one player can ultimately win.

• Ghost’s movement: Ghost’s move always takes him closer to the special suitcase.
• Fire and Punch: These actions hit every possible target, including Belle.
• Heist: This action allows Ghost to take the special suitcase.

Ghost’s presence changes the focus of the game. Players need to respond to the threat posed by his actions and prevent him from completing his goal, while still keeping their own fortunes in mind. Cooperation is necessary, but it does not erase the competition between the bandits.

The stakes are especially high at the end of the game. If Ghost has the special suitcase, he wins regardless of the loot held by the other bandits, causing all the players to lose. If Ghost fails, the players still face the usual final rivalry: the richest bandit is the winner.

With its opposing bot, shared danger, and decisive suitcase objective, Colt Express: Bandits – Ghost tells a distinct story each time it is played. It adds a clear new threat for players to overcome without losing the competitive race for wealth.
