Attack! Deluxe Expansion

About this expansion

Attack! Deluxe Expansion is a strategic expansion for 2–6 players with an approximately 240-minute playing time. It combines elements from the original base game and expansion with new rules of engagement by Mike Selinker and Sean Brown.

The expansion introduces three lengths of gameplay, letting players choose how long their game will run. A new technology development system and victory point system add further structure, while all-new Action cards provide additional possibilities during play.

Naval conflict receives a major addition through a new combat system using five green Naval Combat Dice. Each die shows a destroyer, submarine, aircraft carrier, battleship, or blank result. The Eastern Hemisphere game board supports the expanded setting, alongside naval units in six colors: red, deep blue, dark green, grey, tan, and taupe.

• Eight government type mats and 116 government type counters
• 48 Economics Cards covering factories, minerals, oil, population, rail transport, and trade routes
• 36 Action cards, including Artillery Production, Recruiting Drive, and Tank Production
• Action markers, oil markers, and Production Point and Oil Reserve Certificates

Economic elements include resources and infrastructure represented by Economics Cards, along with oil markers and certificates for Production Points and Oil Reserves. Seasonal Action markers are provided in eight sets of Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter.

Attack! Deluxe Expansion was also offered as an upgrade kit for owners of Attack!: Expansion. That version used the same box but omitted the six sets of colored pieces and the government type counters.
