Lewis & Clark: Promo Cards

About this expansion

Lewis & Clark: Promo Cards is a promotional card set for 1–5 players with a listed play time of 120 minutes, released with the new edition of Lewis & Clark in 2020.

The set includes six new promo cards, marked hc1 through hc6. Each card creates an opportunity to gain a resource or take another action when an opponent performs a specific action. These effects remain valid as long as the card is present in your game plan.

• Mr Hunter: When another player takes a basic resource, take one resource of the same kind.
• Mrs Hunter: When another player performs a powwow, take one Indian before them.
• Mr Cron: When another player recruits a new card, take either one fur or one equipment.
• Mrs Cron: When another player sets up their camp, discard one time token.
• Mr Alex: When another player moves to a mountain, take one horse.
• Mr Peat: When another player moves to a river, take one food.

These cards focus on responding to events at the table. Opponents’ choices can activate the effects of cards in your game plan, linking resource gains and other benefits to actions taken by other players.

Alongside the six new cards, the set also contains all five old promo cards. Lewis & Clark: Promo Cards therefore brings together the returning promotional cards and the six-card hc1–hc6 release in one set for the new edition.
