Cacao: Diamante – New Huts

About this expansion

Cacao: Diamante – New Huts is a 2017 board game addition for 2–4 players, with a playing time of approximately 60 minutes. It introduces three new huts for use in Cacao with both the Chocolatl and Diamante content.

This content may only be played with Cacao and both Chocolatl and Diamante. It expands the available hut supply while following the established rules for playing with the huts module from Cacao: Chocolatl.

During setup, treat the New Huts as regular huts. Place them in a supply near the bank together with the other huts, following the setup instructions provided in the Cacao: Chocolatl rules.

The huts in play also determine which Diamante module must be used. Depending on the selected huts, the game requires one of the following modules from Cacao: Diamante:

• The Tree of Life module
• The Favour of the Emperor module
• The Gem Mines module

With its additional huts and module-dependent setup, Cacao: Diamante – New Huts provides a focused way to combine the relevant Cacao content. Use the usual huts-module rules, prepare the new supply beside the bank, and select the required Diamante module according to the huts included in the game.

This content was contained in the Brettspiel Adventskalender 2017 for Day 16.
