Worldspanner Factions, Set 3: Foes is a 1–8 player game with solo and cooperative skirmishes, plus a 12-mission solo or cooperative campaign. A full game takes 240 minutes to play.

This set adds two new dimensions to the Factions series. The first is skirmish play, designed for anywhere from one to eight players and supported by a reactive AI. Whether played solo or cooperatively, these skirmishes bring opponents that respond during the game.

The second addition is a 12-mission campaign for one to eight players. It can be played solo or cooperatively, offering a connected storyline that brings the athletes behind the heroes to life.
