Fleet: Wharfside Casino is a 2012 promo expansion for Fleet that supports 2–4 players and is designed for games lasting about 30 minutes.

This set contains three Wharfside Casino Premium License Cards. Used as a substitute for the Fishermen’s Pub, the cards introduce a fresh risk-and-reward option to Fleet without changing the central focus on Crates of Fish.

After purchasing the Casino, a player may take one Crate from any Boat and place it on the Wharfside Casino. The player then rolls a die, using the Fleet die if available, and resolves the result. The gamble can remove the Crate from the game—or generate additional fish for the Casino.

• 1–3: Bust! Discard the gambled Crate of Fish from the game.
• 4: Win! Keep the gambled Crate and place one additional Crate from the Fish Crate supply onto the Casino license card.
• 5: Win! Keep the gambled Crate and place two additional Crates from the supply onto the Casino license card.
• 6/Fleet: Winner Winner Seafood Dinner! Keep the gambled Crate and place three additional Crates from the supply onto the Casino license card.
