Skull Tales: Full Sail! is a semi-cooperative pirate adventure game for 1–5 players, with games lasting around 150 minutes. Released in 2019, it casts players as pirates seeking fame and fortune across the Caribbean.

The game unfolds through three distinct phases, each with its own mechanisms and components. In the Adventure phase, players explore mysterious islands, dangerous caves, abandoned temples, and colonial villas in search of amazing treasures and legendary artefacts.

During the Journey phase, players become part of the crew of The Southern Lady. They sail through the menacing Caribbean, search for valuable treasures, board ships, and face dangers including some of the most feared creatures of the seas.

The Port phase brings the action to Tortuga. Here, pirates can rest, spend their booty, visit the cantina, listen to rumors, and build the stories that may make them legendary. They can also visit Madame Claude’s mansion to receive the treatment of a noble.

Throughout the campaign, nuanced stories unfold according to players’ actions and decisions, leading to multiple endings. Each chapter presents a challenge that must be overcome to advance, with success measured in varying degrees.

With different combinations of characters, allies, and events, Skull Tales: Full Sail! offers a changing pirate adventure. Cooperation, personal fortune, exploration, and story decisions all come together across its three connected phases.
