The Everrain: Torrent of Rebellion

About this expansion

The Everrain: Torrent of Rebellion is a 2022 expansion for 1–4 players, with a play time of approximately 180 minutes. It brings defectors, dangerous enemies, and new cards to the world of The Everrain.

The expansion introduces two new types of Special Crew: Boatswains and Occultists. Occultists are former members of the Old One’s cults who broke away from their dark oaths, bringing formidable and terrible knowledge with them.

Among the most distinctive additions are the Marauder Cutthroats, Marauder Brigands, and Marauder Captain. These enemies have loyalties as changeable as sea winds, and some may be willing to join your crew—for the right price.

• Recruit Boatswain and Occultist Special Crew.
• Encounter Marauder Cutthroats, Brigands, and a Captain.
• Add new Sea Event, Expedition, and Denizen cards.
• Risk hiring powerful but unreliable Marauder Crew.

Marauder Crew do not behave like regular Crew. They are ill-tempered and prone to insubordination, and they may turn on you when it suits them. In return, they are powerful, quick, and excellent in combat, making their recruitment a dangerous bargain.

Will you accept the risk of bringing these unpredictable dogs aboard, or face them as enemies on the waves? With its rebellious crew, unusual allegiances, and fresh encounters, The Everrain: Torrent of Rebellion adds a volatile new current to your adventures.
