1st & Goal: Southwest Division is an expansion for 2–4 players that adds four custom football teams and 28 dice to the Dice Football League. Released in 2011, it offers a 60-minute addition to the 1st & Goal experience.

The Southwest Division brings four teams with sharply different rankings, strengths, and personalities. Whether you favor powerful offense, reliable defense, or an intriguingly average squad, each team arrives with its own identity.

• Las Vegas Vampires: Ranked 11th in running and 14th in passing, the Vampires also have an average defense. Their defining quality is remarkable mediocrity: they do not suck at anything, but they do not excel either.
• Los Angeles Leopards: With the 17th-ranked running game and 21st-ranked passing game, the Leopards rely on their 4th-ranked defense. Their philosophy is simple: defense wins games, and points are overrated.
• Oklahoma City Ogres: The Ogres boast the division’s standout offense, including the 3rd-ranked running game and 8th-ranked passing game. Their weakness is a 24th-ranked defense, but running back Izzy Foreel is confident that a great runner can make up the difference.
• San Antonio Scorpions: The Scorpions spread their capabilities around, entering with the 13th-ranked running game, 11th-ranked passing game, and 14th-ranked defense. Their coach favors putting all the eggs in different baskets.

With its four custom teams, 1st & Goal: Southwest Division expands the league’s roster while preserving the playful sports satire that defines these clubs. Choose a team, bring its rankings to the field, and see whether balanced abilities, elite offense, or defensive strength leads to victory.
