About this expansion

ASL Action Pack #16: From The Land Down Under is a two-player Advanced Squad Leader action pack with an approximately 240-minute play time, released in 2021. Designed and playtested by the Australian ASL community, it brings together 15 new scenarios and one new double-sided mapboard.

Spearheaded by Andrew Rogers, the scenarios feature actions and combatants from around the globe. The collection covers engagements from 1941 through 1945, with settings including Tobruk, Crete, Syria, West Timor, New Guinea, New Britain, Ukraine, France, Lithuania, Germany, and more.

• 15 scenarios: AP160 through AP174, including Carrier Hill, ANZAC Boys, Sparrow Force, The Chocos, Never On Time, and Forest Gumm.
• One new mapboard: the 11 by 16-inch, double-sided ASL mapboard 15a/b.
• Historical range: scenarios span battles in North Africa, Europe, the Pacific, and the Mediterranean region.

Scenario lengths range from four and a half to six and a half turns, offering a varied selection of engagements for experienced ASL players. Locations include Damour, Wandumi, Wau, Razorback Ridge, Mouen, Kaunas, Würselen, Hatten, and Weyersheim.

Action Pack #16: From The Land Down Under is designed for the ASL aficionado and is not a complete game. Players must own the core Advanced Squad Leader game system to use this action pack.
