Android: Netrunner – 23 Seconds is a two-player game with a 45-minute play time, released in 2016. It explores the aftermath of the Twenty-Three Seconds incident, when the world’s largest bank and backer of the most important currency went dark for twenty-three seconds.

In that brief blackout, trillions of credits were lost, stolen, or erased. Economies, industries, and lives collapsed, leaving the corporations wounded and desperate. As each corp blames the others, the struggle for survival becomes more aggressive than ever.

Runners attempt to exploit the chaos while the corps respond with powerful, often hostile tools. 23 Seconds introduces ice and operations that can come with significant trash costs, raising the danger surrounding every confrontation.
