Android: Netrunner – Democracy and Dogma is a 2016 Data Pack for two players, designed for games lasting about 45 minutes. The third Data Pack in the Mumbad Cycle, it introduces sixty new cards, including a complete playset of nineteen different cards.

Set against the heated national elections of the Indian Union, the pack explores a world of snooping, blackmail, coercion, and seedy political dealings. Every major player is searching for an opportunity in the surrounding chaos, while political factions compete for the population’s hearts, minds, and votes.

At the center of the action is Nero Severn, a new Criminal Runner and information broker. With a new console, consumer-grade hardware, and a network of informants, Nero is uniquely positioned to gather and monetize the dirty secrets of the people and organizations shaping Mumbad’s political sector.
