About this board game
Chopstick Dexterity MegaChallenge 3000 is a frantic dexterity game for 1–3 players that takes about 15 minutes to play. Using only chopsticks, players compete to collect the most tokens by grabbing wooden objects from a bowl.
The game has a TV game show theme intended to promote the use of chopsticks among Japanese youth. Its 25 wooden objects come in five colors and five shapes, while the shuffled tokens show either a specific object or a generic shape in all colors.
At the start of each round, reveal a token and race to move the matching pieces from the large bowl to your personal target dish. The exact challenge depends on the player count:
- Three players: grab every piece that matches either the token’s shape or its color. The player who collects the most wins the token; if there is a tie, the player with the exact shape shown wins.
- Two players: grab only the exact piece shown on the token.
- Solo play: remove pieces within 75 seconds and place them into a grid organized by shape rows and color columns.
After each competitive round, award the token and return the objects to the bowl before beginning again. Continue until the required number of tokens has been won.
With simultaneous play, wooden pieces, and a demanding chopstick-only challenge, Chopstick Dexterity MegaChallenge 3000 turns simple matching into a fast test of coordination and speed.
