Clash of Cultures: Civilizations – Aztecs is an additional civilization for 2–4 players, with a listed play time of 240 minutes, designed for Clash of Cultures and its first expansion, Clash of Cultures: Civilizations.

This add-on introduces the Aztecs through a focused set of components rather than a standalone game. It consists of a Civilization board and three Leader cards, providing a compact way to add this civilization to the relevant Clash of Cultures experience.

The content was released in 2014 as a promotional item. It was available at the Z-MAN Games booth for the English version and at the Filosofia Édition booth for the French version during the game trade fair Internationale Spieltage SPIEL in Essen.
